Cybertruck Scraperboard Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility:
The Cybertruck Scraperboard Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of FreeJac Nation LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Sponsor:
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by FreeJac Nation LLC, located at 1423 BROADWAY #542, OAKLAND, CA 94612 ("Sponsor").
3. Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes begins on September 23, 2024, at 12:00 AM Pacific Standard Time ("PST") and ends on December 1, 2024, at 12:00 AM PST (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter: There are two ways to enter:
a) Purchase Method:
For every $1.00 spent on qualifying purchases from FreeJac Nation during the Sweepstakes Period, the purchaser will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Purchases must be made online at www.freejacnation.com.
b) Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):
To enter without making a purchase, handwrite your full name, complete address, and phone number on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to:

Each mailed entry must be postmarked by November 30, 2024, and received by December 5, 2024, to be eligible. Limit one (1) mailed entry per person per day.
5. Limitations on Entries:
Regardless of entry method, there is no limit to the number of entries per person. Entries generated by any automated means or in any manner not in accordance with the official rules are void. FreeJac Nation LLC is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or damaged mailed entries.
6. Prize:
One (1) grand prize winner will receive a Cybertruck Large Scraperboard, valued at $4,800. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at the Sponsor's discretion. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, including sales tax, and will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the prize.
7. Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or around December 10, 2024. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email or phone. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor's discretion.
8. Publicity:
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
9. General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
10. Release:
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless FreeJac Nation LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize.
11. Privacy:
Personal information collected from entrants is subject to FreeJac Nation LLC's privacy policy, which can be found at www.freejacnation.com.
12. Governing Law:
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
